the 498A section of the IPC, where the girl has to
just walk to the police station and without any
problem lodge a dowry complaint against her inlaws
and husband, claiming mental torture and
harrassment.

The next minute you know your entire family is
rounded up and hurled with handcuffs into the
police van and jailed.

Girls you dont laugh, you have brothers and guy
relatives too, it could happen to them.

Lets discuss on this stupid and moronic law which
has been tormenting 10's of 1000's of people like
me who have not done anything and are still stuck

It’s a legal terrorism that has been exploded by unscrupulous wives against their husbands and their families by misusing laws under sections 498A and 406 of IPC. On filing a simple complain by wife in Police Station, all the accused family members are arrested for their non-bailable, non-compoundable and cognizable offence. These accused are the family members most likely are the old parents of husband, minor children, married and unmarried sisters of husband and other near or far relatives with home she has earlier lived for a substantial period. Lawyers and other marriage counselors admit that such cases of ‘dowry-demand harassment’ are around 80% false, filed to gain a bargaining position for demanding a huge amount as alimony and to take Divorce from husband. Many families are being suffering social, psychological, mental and financial loss due to such fraud cases. In most of such cases, the compromise gets reached later in settlement of dispute. The victimized husbands have grouped together under Save Indian Family Foundation in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Jaipur to fight against this injustice and biased laws.

It is high time for the Supreme Court to save India

Such girls have no respects for the elders and can even fool the law/police/courts by shedding false tears and making false reports, because the law will accept whatever they say blindfolded.

How can the law proceed under section 498a etc even before proper enquiry? This is really disgusting because evidence is the basis of proceeding in any reported crime.

Without looking deeply is exposing the society to a serious virusland

This will make men stay away from marriages

Such people are worse then the women who operate from bro***** as they will then work from within the Indian family system. I sincerely hope that the lawmakers will look into this very seriously. It is time for a revolution now!!! Indian girls are not what they were. Guys like me had great regards for girls & women but I am sorry to say that with due respect and regards to really good girls/women, I am losing the respect and regards which I once used to have. The day is not far when more and more men will be bent upon to form a similar opinion.

How will the India grow without the new generations. These loopholes in the law can even make people adopt girls and use them to marry boys and then break off the marriage within 1 day to 6 months and then forcing / harassing / extort huge sums of money from husbands who sincerely looked for a trust worthy wife.
